Bałdy -

a village in Poland located in Warmia and Mazur y in Olsztyn district, in the municipality Purda. In the years 19 75-1998 belonged to the administrative village population of Prus sia. Name of the village can be derived from the name Prusa - Ba udie [2] (see also Budwity). Former property, after State Farm, since 1975, were part of the RZD Pozorty currently research station of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. On the border of the village lies an old, damaged family cemetery (name: Gwiasda, Kendziorra).
